I'm renting my apartment from December 1, 2024 for 3 months (till the end of February) for the time being. There is a chance of extension an additional month. Unfortunately, I can’t offer city registration (Anmeldung). The rental price already includes all costs: heating, water, electricity, and Internet. The apartment is strictly non-smoking (including balcony). Pets are not allowed. The quiet hours are to be respected as there are many elderly people living in the building. Parties and loud music are prohibited. The apartment is suitable for a single person or a couple. In addition to the monthly rental fee, there is a security deposit of €1500, which will be returned at the end of the rental period after evaluation of the apartment. The apartment is located on a quiet street of Tempelhof neighbourhood, right at U-bahn station U6. You can reach the city centre (Friedrichstraße) by public transport in 14 min. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants and parks within 5-10 min walk as well as a post office, city administration, shopping mall Tempelhofer Hafen. Moreover, it's just 2 stops or 15 walking minutes from Tempelhofer Feld Park.

Please note that personal liability insurance is needed for this rental. In addition to the rental contract, a house rules agreement will be signed.
