My cute apartment is available for subletting from Mid November 2024 to the end of February 2025, as I will be away from berlin for work. Potentially, you can take over the contract at the end of the rental period. The apartment is on the ground floor (raised above the ground level), with a large living room that has a pole for poledancing enthusiasts, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub (and windows for air circulation) and a cute bedroom with a balcony facing the garden in the backyard of the apartment.
The apartment will be rented furnished with all my furniture that you see in the pictures. You will also have access to the Cellar to store your things if that would be helpful for you.

Walking distance from S Hermannstraße, but in the quiet neighbourhood besides templehofer feld. Very residential area with cute cafes and art spaces around you in walking distance. Templehofer feld is 5 mins walk. And there is a Lidl at 3 mins walk from the apartment.

Anmeldung is not possible during the offered period, but if we decide in future that you can take over the contract from me, you can definitely do anmeldung.
