Es ist ein klassischer schöner Altbau mit Holzböden, südlich-orientierten Balkon, Dusche, hohen Decken und Fenstern auf der Südseite. Wirklich viel Sonnenlicht! :)

Freshly renovated and beautiful 1-room flat in a quiet side-street, in the inner garden house.
I just moved there and have to travel for a couple of months, so I want to subrent it to someone clean, quiet and caring who needs space for herself and takes care of it.
There will be the basic necessary appliances available. Photos are coming soon as I'm still in the process of moving.
It's a classical beautiful Altbau with wooden floors, balcony, shower, high ceilings and windows to the southern side. Really a lot of sunlight!
Sehr entspannte und ruhige Gegend in der Nähe des Tempelhofer Hafens und des Wassers. Einkaufszentrum, U-Bahnen in der Nähe, Ufafabrik ganz in der Nähe. Viele Parks und einige Cafés auch. Die Gegend ist sehr einfach und nicht prätentiös, auch Tempelhofer Feld in der Nähe.

Very relaxed and quiet area close to Tempelhofer Hafen and water. Shopping center, U-bahn nearby, Ufafabrik very close. Lots of parks and some cafes too. The area is very simple and not pretentious, also Tempelhofer field nearby.
Die Daten sind flexibel - ich fahre am 17. Nov morgens los und werde ungefähr Anfang März zurück sein. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, bis April zu verlängern - das kann ich Anfang Januar sicher sagen.
Wenn es sich so anhört, als wäre es das, wonach du suchst, dann melde dich bitte, schreibe ein paar Worte über dich und dein Leben. Ich ziehe es vor, an eine weibliche Person zu vermieten, eher an eine Person als an ein Paar.

The dates are flexible - I'm leaving on the 17th of November morning and will be back approximately in the beginning of March. There's a possibility to prolong until April - I can tell for sure in the beginning of January.
