Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Körnerstr. 17 im beliebten Stadtteil Tiergarten. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend: U-Bahn- und Busstationen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (Kurfürstenstraße bzw. The apartment is located at Körnerstr. 17 in the popular Tiergarten district. Numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The public transportation connections are excellent, with subway and bus stations nearby (Kurfürstenstraße and Lützowstr. / Potsdamer Str.), allowing you to reach the city center quickly and conveniently.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine moderne Einrichtung mit exklusivem Parkett. Die Wohnung ist eingerichtet mit einem bequemen Schlafsofa, einem ausklappbaren Esstisch und Stühlen sowie diversen Regalen und Schränken in allen Räumen.

Als besonderes Extra bietet die Wohnung weiterhin einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch inkl. ergonomischen Schreibtischstuhl und einstellbarer Schreibtischlampe (nicht im Bild, da sich diese Gegenstände noch im Aufbau befinden). Auch eine Klimmzugstange ist Teil der Einrichtung.

Die Einbauküche besteht aus einer Backofen-Herd-Kombination, einem Gefrierschrank, einem Kühlschrank und einer Geschirrspülmaschine. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch enthalten.

Zu guter letzt ist auch das Badezimmer mit Dusche stilvoll eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung ist ab sofort verfügbar. Rauchen ist nicht gestattet, und Haustiere sind nach Absprache erlaubt.

Internet / WLAN ist via Kabel (z.B. Vodafone) oder DSL verfügbar, jedoch nicht im Mietpreis enthalten.


The apartment features modern furnishings with exclusive parquet flooring. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a foldable dining table with chairs, and various shelves and cabinets in all rooms.

As a special extra, the apartment also offers a height-adjustable desk, including an ergonomic desk chair and an adjustable desk lamp (not pictured, as these items are currently being set up). A pull-up bar is also part of the furnishings.

The fitted kitchen includes an oven-stove combination, a freezer, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. A washing machine is also provided.

Lastly, the stylishly designed bathroom features a shower.

The apartment is available immediately. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are allowed upon request.

Internet/WiFi is available via cable (Vodafone) or DSL, but is not included in the rental price.
