This is a lovely small apartment in the 4th floor with an elevator and own little balcony. The flat has a seperate bedroom with a double bed suitable for a couple, an own bathroom with walk-in shower, a living room with access to the balkony and a very well equipped kitchenarea. The flat is newly renovated and in a very good state. It has beautiful furniture and a very charming atmosphere. In the backyard next door there are a lot of children, which sometimes can be noisy when they all play outside and at at the moment the house has a scaffolding board as the roof in the street facing house is being fixed. We live in an apartment in the front part of the house and have this apartment for our mother who eventually will move here when she can not stay in her house anymore. So it is a very personal place made with lots of love.

The Street is in the up an coming part of Wedding, right next to the river Panke, surrounded by lovely bars, art spaces and the incredible piano Salon. There are various public transport connections within walking distance from the flat. 5-10 min walk. Wedding has a long multi cultural history and is very vivid.

We live in the same building so it is possible for you to come and look at the place, please contact here. We are flexible in the renting periode, so it could be possibel to come erlier and maybe even stay longer if we all feel good about it.
