Apartment
Renting my cozy flat in Wedding while I'm away over the winter: mid December- early April (dates are slightly flexible).
If the situation works out, it is possible that this could also be extended.
The apartment has a bath and overlooks a quiet courtyard so it is very peaceful.
It has a large living room and bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
Transportation is seconds away on the U8 (Pankstrasse), but Gesundbrunnen is a 10 minute walk or one stop away. so it is very well connected.
Rent would be 1000/month all included and I would want a small security deposit. If you were to move in halfway through the december or stay a little bit into April, we could figure out a fair price for the extra weeks.
