The flat is fully furnished (double bed, sofa, storage, table, chairs, desk, office chair...) with all the necessary equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen appliances).
The living room has a dining table and a desk for remote work.
WiFi included.
The flat is usually very quiet, however there's a flat renovation going on upstairs so there might be renovation noises audible from 7am till 4pm, please bear it in mind.
About the Neighborhood:
The flat is very well connected with U-bahn (U9 and U8), S-bahn Gesundbrunnen, buses and trams.
Nearby Essentials: supermarkets, bakeries, and cafes are all a short walk away.
Panke River: the river is right next to the flat and is great for walks and bike rides in the nature.
I’m hoping to find someone calm and responsible (not a party flat) who will enjoy the space and take care of the plants during their stay.
