I'm subletting my room in a shared flat with three other people (one male and two female).
It is located on the 2nd floor of a renovated building, the room comes with a bed which has all the suitable items to have a great and cozy sleep during these months of cold. Also has a wardrobe to organize your clothes and sweaters. Also, included there is a desk with a chair to study or adventure personal projects on your computer.
The common area consists of an equipped kitchen with every necessary utensil to prepare a delicious meal. The floor has two bathrooms, which means that you will only share a bathroom with one person. And if you need a space to bring friends there is a common area accessible for everyone in the building which has sofas and tables just to chill and have a wonderful time.
The Ringbahn station can be reached in a 3-minute walk. You are only two stations to Gesundbrunnen.
Since the apartment is located in a great zone you can access multiple grocery shops such as Rewe, Aldi, and various mini shops.
The neighborhood is quiet and always has a great nightlife for those who like to be out.
