Wir suchen nette Untermieter für unsere schöne Wohnung in Wedding!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nahe der U-Bahn-Station Osloer Straße und ist damit super angebunden.
Sie befindet sich im 4. Stock (Altbau, kein Aufzug) und besteht aus drei großzügigen Zimmern, einer gemütlichen Küche zum Hinterhof und einem kleinen Bad.

- Schlafzimmer: Das größte Zimmer mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Kleiderstangen.
- Wohnzimmer: Mit Stuckdecke und Parkett – macht richtig was her! Es gibt einen Esstisch, eine Couch mit Tisch, einen Fernseher und viele schöne Pflanzen.
- Arbeits-/Abstellzimmer: Dient aktuell als Homeoffice und Stauraum.
- Küche: Etwas kleiner, daher leider ohne Spülmaschine, aber mit Waschmaschine.
- Bad: Liegt innen und ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet.

We are looking for nice tenants for our beautiful apartment in Wedding!

The apartment is located in a quiet side street near the subway station Osloer Straße and is therefore very well connected.
It is located on the 4th floor (old building, no elevator) and consists of three spacious rooms, a cozy kitchen facing the backyard and a small bathroom.

- Bedroom: The largest room with bed, desk, closet and clothes rails.
- Living room: With stucco ceiling and parquet flooring - a real eye-catcher! There is a dining table, a couch with table, a TV and lots of beautiful plants.
- Study/storage room: Currently used as a home office and storage space.
- Kitchen: Somewhat smaller, so unfortunately without a dishwasher, but with a washing machine.
- Bathroom: Located inside and equipped with everything you need.
