Es steht eine möblierte 2 Zimmer Wohnung im Wedding, Edinburgerstrasse - U6 Rehberge zur Vermietung. Kein Partykiez.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 1 Zimmer mit Loggia (insgesamt 22 qm), zu sehen auf den Fotos. Für das Zimmer wird eine Mieterin oder ein Mieter gesucht. In Absprache mit dieser/diesem wird dann die Mitbewohnerin/der Mitbewohner gesucht. Solltet ihr schon jemanden kennen, dann könnt ihr euch natürlich auch zu 2 bewerben. Das andere Zimmer ist 16 qm, ohne Loggia, möbliert und würde 550 (warm) kosten.
Beide Zimmer sind möbliert. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem nötigen, sowie einer WaschTrockner Kombi.
Die Kosten beinhalten alle Nebenkosten, Strom und Internet. Es kommt also nichts dazu. Und bei vernünftiger Nutzung ist auch nicht mit einer Nachzahlung zu rechnen.
Anschreiben wie: Ist noch frei, Ich hab Interesse etc. werden nicht beantwortet.
Ich weiss, dass die meisten Copy & Paste machen, schaut aber bitte, dass in eurem Anschreiben neben den Hobbies etc. folgende Dinge erwähnt sind:

There is a furnished 2 room apartment for rent in Wedding, Edinburgerstrasse - U6 Rehberge. Not a party district.
The apartment consists of 1 room with a loggia (22 sqm in total), shown in the photos. A tenant is being sought for the room. The roommate will then be looked for in consultation with this person. If you already know someone, you can of course apply as a couple. The other room is 16 sqm, without loggia, furnished and would cost 550 (warm).
Both rooms are furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, as well as a washer-dryer combination.
The costs include all additional costs, electricity and internet. And if you use it reasonably, there should be no add on, at the end of the year.
Cover letters such as: Is still available, I'm interested, etc. will not be answered.
I know that most people do copy & paste, but please make sure that the following things are mentioned in your cover letter in addition to your hobbies etc.:
