Hello! We are renting our two-room apartment in Wedding for 8 weeks while travelling. Perfect for a clean, friendly couple or work-from-homer looking for a temporary space to live and work.
The main bedroom is quite large, faces the relatively quiet street, and gets a lot of sunlight. There is also a small balcony attached.
The smaller room is used both for sleeping and as a workspace. It’s currently set up for music production (with a bit of acoustic treatment on the walls and ceiling, as shown in the pictures) and can be adjusted a bit according to your needs. The room faces the inner courtyard, and is dead quiet most of the time.
We have a bathtub/shower/washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Our building has an elevator.
Located in the up-and-coming Afrikanisches Viertel in Wedding, five minutes walk from U Seestr. Plenty of shops, restaurants, parks, and even a small lake within easy walking distance.
Rent for the whole period will be €2400 all-inclusive (exactly what we pay) plus a deposit of €400 to be refunded immediately upon return. Anmeldung for this short period is unfortunately not possible, but we'll make a small contract for everyone's peace of mind.
VERY IMPORTANT: As you can see, we have a lot of plants, so only people who are really good at taking care of these should apply! Please indicate this in your message.
