Hallo liebe Interessentinnen & Interessenten,
ich vermiete für ca. einen Monat meine Wohnung in Berlin Wilmersdorf, da ich kurz vor meinem Umzug nach Köln stehe und dort auch schon beruflich unterwegs bzw. viel auf Reisen bin.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet (Couch, Bett etc.) und alles kann soweit benutzt werden.
Insgesamt würdet ihr auf 70 qm² wohnen, hättet einen Balkon, ein Wannenband und sogar eine neue Waschmaschine. Ebenfalls vorhanden sind eine große Couch und ein Esstisch im Wohnzimmer.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der U-Blissestraße. Von dort fährt die U7 und bringt euch rund um die Uhr von A nach B. Mit dem Bus (hält ebenfalls vor gegenüber vom Haus) braucht man ca.7 Minuten zum Kudamm.
Wilmersdorf ist kein Szenebezirk, aber es lässt sich dort sehr gut wohnen und man erreicht alle lebendigen Bezirke innerhalb kürzester Zeit
Der wohl allergrößte Vorteil ist definitiv der Supermarkt (Edeka), welcher 24h geöffnet hat und erst am Samstag Abend um 23 Uhr schließt. Das hat mir schon viele Abende/Nächte gerettet ;)
