Looking for a calm oasis home 🌱

Hi .

I'm searching for a nice flat or a nice room in a lovely WG .

The flat itself should be located on the 1st floor . (Hochparterre or ground floor are an option, if it's a save area .)

Basics :

I like a clean, tidy and welcoming atmosphere at home . 

I love to meet new, interesting people, but I'm rather looking for a calm home / oasis to recharge .

I don't smoke, I barely drink alcohol, nor do I own a pet . I also do have a German Haftpflichtversicherung .

I have lived in many WGs/flats over the years . I'm also experienced in living alone, caring for the flat/plants myself, communicating with workers, neighbours or "Hausverwaltungen" .

A good atmosphere in the flat/WG, is very important for me, as well as with the neighbours in the house and around . 

I've lived in Berlin for many years, being away for a couples, .. 

I sometimes travel or go to other cities/countries .

If you have a pet/pets, I would love to get to know it/them, too . 
I love animals and to live with them can be so much fun . 
But due to the above, be considered, that I can not take the duty of care for them . 

A "petsitting subrent" would be an option . But it has to be planed in advance . I have much experience in living with cats, some in living with dogs and a bit in living with other animals .

I'm open to subrents . In general, I would prefer a longterm rent, though .

A flat/WG, that is my home would be the best .

I'm looking for a non-smoking flat/WG .
