A kind Finnish Theatre MA student seeking for a flat!

Hi there!

Are you subletting your apartment? Maybe going on a long trip? Studying abroad and looking for a reliable, adult tenant from February 2025 until summer 2025? You've come to the right place!

I'm Jonne (he/him), a Finnish Contemporary Theatre MA Student. I'm already currently in Berlin, and temporarily living in Neukölln until the end of January 2025. The people I've rented my current place from are coming back from their travels, so therefore I'm searching for a new flat starting from 1st Feb 2025.

A few key points here:

- move in date: 1.2.2025 (negotiable!)
- move out date: 30.6.2025 (negotiable!)
(Shorter or longer rental periods also considered!)

About me:
- 38 years old (too old to party)
- non-smoker
- reliable, quiet, punctual
- working in theatre and television
- I own a flat in Helsinki, which I’m currently renting out. I know how valuable it is to have a good, reliable tenant.
- I've been an awesome tenant in my current flat in Neukölln :)

I'm looking for a furnished apartment in or outside the ring. My school is located in Pankow, so good U-Bahn/S-Bahn connections to Pankow is a huuuuuuge plus. Anmeldung: yes please!
