Hallo, ich brauche eine Ersatz-Wohnung gerne als Untermieterin, warm bei 2 Zimmern nicht mehr als 1200€, besser 800€.
Ab Mai für 1-2 Jahre oder länger,
Ich bin ruhig, ordentlich und arbeite nur still am Computer vor mich hin.
Bin Entwicklerin, habe gute Einnahmen, Miete ist sicher.
Ich biete, dass die Wohnung danach sauberer ist als zuvor,
und brauche dafür eine Schadstoff-unbelastete Wohnung
z. B. eine Insektizide, die mal gesprüht worden sind, kein Schimmel, der mal in der Wohnung war. (Enzymschwäche)
