I am Antonia, 26 years old and work as a social worker in the Berlin youth aid.
I am currently looking for a cozy apartment for me, as I long for a home and more tranquility after seven years of WG life.
I have a regulated income, I am non-smoker and there is also a SCHUFA (request now) return. I'd like to take the drop.
I could also give you a guarantee and a rental certificate.

- Preferred districts are Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Schöneberg, Wedding, Prenzlauer Berg or Moabit. However, I am also open to other districts when the apartment addresses me.
- A balcony would be great
- I want to pay a maximum of 750€.
- Living area: at least 30 sqm
- The collection date is flexible for me

Aktuell bin ich auf der Suche nach einer gemütlichen Wohnung für mich, da ich mich nach sieben Jahren WG-Leben nach einem eigenen Heim und mehr Ruhe sehne.
Ich habe ein geregeltes Einkommen, bin Nichtraucherin und auch eine SCHUFA (request now) -Auskunft ist vorhanden. Den Abschlag übernehme ich gerne.
Eine Bürgschaft und einen Mietzahlungsnachweis könnte ich Ihnen zudem zukommen lassen.

- Bevorzugte Bezirke sind Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Schöneberg, Wedding, Prenzlauer Berg oder Moabit. Ich bin jedoch auch für andere Bezirke offen, wenn mich die Wohnung anspricht.
- Ein Balkon wäre natürlich toll
- Maximal möchte ich 750€ warm bezahlen.
- Wohnfläche: mindestens 30 qm
- Das Einzugsdatum ist für mich flexibel
