Open climate psychologist and ethnologist looking for nice apartment ☀️ Offener Klimapsychologe und Ethnologin suchen nette Wohnung ☀️

Dear:r future:r landlord:in, 😊

we are Fabian (28 years) and Sarah (27 years) and currently looking for a nice 2 bedroom apartment. But first a few more words about us:
Fabian is a climate psychologist (here it is about when people behave climate-friendly and when not) and is freelance in a management consultancy. He's been living in Berlin a little longer.
Sarah is currently living in Innsbruck (Austria). She also studied psychology and is expected to complete her ethnology studies at the end of April 2025. She will then enter the professional life in Berlin (Activity by the mother of Sarah Salzmann is possible, Occupation: doctor).

Since we had a long distance relationship in recent years, we would like to live in Berlin again in a place and in an apartment. That's why we're looking for a nice 2 bedroom apartment up to 1050 Euro warm (no matter what).

In our leisure time we are very happy to be in the green in one of the many parks or lakes.
We are both characterized by great reliability, conscience and craftsmanship (Fabian has grown up in a craftsman family).

wir sind Fabian (28 Jahre) und Sarah (27 Jahre) und aktuell auf der Suche nach einer netten 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Aber zuerst einmal ein paar mehr Worte über uns:
Fabian ist Klimapsychologe (hier geht es darum, wann sich Leute klimafreundlich verhalten und wann nicht) und ist freiberuflich in einer Unternehmensberatung tätig. Er lebt schon etwas länger in Berlin.
Sarah lebt gerade noch in Innsbruck (Österreich). Sie hat ebenfalls Psychologie studiert und schließt voraussichtlich Ende April 2025 ihr Ethnologie-Studium ab. Anschließend wird sie in Berlin in das Berufsleben einsteigen (Bürgschaft durch die Mutter von Sarah Salzmann ist möglich, Beruf: Ärztin).

Da wir in den letzten Jahren eine Fernbeziehung hatten, möchten wir in Berlin nun gerne wieder zusammen an einem Ort und in einer Wohnung leben. Deswegen suchen wir eine nette 2-Zimmer-Wohnung bis 1050 Euro warm (Bezirk egal).

In unserer Freizeit sind wir sehr gerne im Grünen in einem der vielen Parks oder Seen.
Wir beide zeichnen uns durch eine große Zuverlässigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit und handwerklichem Geschick aus (Fabian ist aufgewachsen in einer Handwerker-Familie).
