I am Simone (37, male) from Switzerland and looking for a furnished 1.5- to 3-room apartment in Berlin – ideally from May to mid-September (for the exact data I am flexible).
I am self-employed and have spent the summer months in Berlin for three years, which is why I always look for a furnished apartment. I'd like to live in Prenzlauer Berg. My budget is about €1,500 per month (depending on the apartment).
I am an open, uncomplicated type and work remote – a good WLAN connection is therefore important to me. If you have plants, I like to take care of it – I have a green thumb! 🌿😊
