Looking for an 1-2 room apartment

Hello there. My name is Dmytro. I'm from Kyiv, Ukraine.

I came to Berlin not so far ago because of the situation you probably heard about. I believe someday I'll be able to get back to Ukraine, but I want to continue living my normal life until then, so I'm looking for an apartment here is Berlin.

I work in the Ukrainian-American startup Reface (https://hey.reface.ai/) as a product manager. The war turned our company into a fully remote company so I can work from anywhere. I would be pleased to rent 1-2 room apartment for 3-12 months now, probably longer (don't know yet). I didn't have enough time to get to know all bureaucracy procedures, but I heard there is a program that allows Ukrainians to get a residence permit, and I would like to get it. But to do so, there are two options: 1) kind of registration in flat and 2) a perpetual lease agreement. If you can help me with that I would be really appreciated.

I'll be able to move in starting from April 1.
