Liebe Berliner, ich suche eine 1-2 Zimmerwohnung ab 30 qm. Vorzugsweise unbefristet, aber auch kurzzeitig (mindestens 3 Monate) wäre möglich.
- Bitte keine Erdgeschosswohnungen, ich hatte schon zwei Einbrüche.
- Falls die Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig sein sollte, macht mir das nichts aus. Lassen Sie uns darüber reden.
Preis max. 800 warm.

Ich bin ruhig, gewissenhaft und verlässlich, 45 Jahre alt und Nichtraucher.
Aus Dänemark mit englischen Wurzeln, spreche aber auch ein wenig Deutsch. Ich bin seit 7 Jahren in Berlin und liebe es.
Meine finanziellen Verhältnisse sind gut, ich habe einen festen Job und arbeite als Fotograf.
