Located in the heart of Neukölln/Hermannplatz, welcome to my inviting apartment nestled on the 3rd floor of an old building! This delightful 2-room space is available for your stay from 18th January to 7th February only while my partner and I are on vacation.
The expansive living room boasts a fully equipped kitchen and is bathed in natural light from its 3 windows, creating a bright, airy ambiance. The seamless flow between the living area and kitchen fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Relax on the ample, comfy couch while enjoying the rustic allure of the wooden floor. Please note, there's no TV, but worry not, as Wi-Fi is readily available.
The bedroom is adorned with 2 windows, and the double bed features a coconut-fiber futon—firm and favored by some, though it might not suit everyone's preferences, so I thought I'd mention that.

The apartment is located in a trendy area of Neukölln near Hermannplatz. Here, you will find a variety of bars, cafes, and shops that will make your stay truly enjoyable. The U-Bahn lines U7 and U8, as well as bus stops, are just a 5-minute walk away, providing excellent access to public transportation. You can reach the apartment from the main train station in just 20 minutes by train. The central location allows you to easily explore the city and visit all the major attractions.
Please note that the flat is available for rent during my absence from July 1st to 15th. The rental price for the entire duration is 700 €.
