Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für meine großzügige 4-Zimmer-140qm-Altbauwohnung. Vermietet werden ein geräumiges möbliertes Schlafzimmer zum ruhigen Hof und ein großes helles Wohnzimmer mit Erker zur Straße, zusammen etwa 45 qm. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind privat. Bad, Dusche, Wäscheraum und Küche werden geteilt, sodass die zur Verfügung stehende Fläche etwa 70 qm entspricht. Die Mitbenutzung des kleinen Balkons ist auch möglich. Ich bin beruftstätig (arbeite nicht zuhause) und bin viel unterwegs. Sie sollten nicht rauchen und ein regelmäßiges Einkommen haben. Die Zimmer sind ab dem 1.
