Centrally located modern 4 room apartment *Available from March 1st 2025 to 27th April*

My wife and I are travelling for a few months (March 1, 2025 to 27th April 2025) and are looking for suitable tenants for our lovely flat during our time away from Berlin.

A little bit about our apartment: Fully furnished apartment on the 8th floor of a centrally located building located in Berlin Mitte, a 5 minute walk from Alexanderplatz. The building has a lift so no need to climb up the flight of stairs. The apartment has 4 rooms:

- 2 bed rooms with beds and closets
- A home office / mediation room
- A living room with a sofa, television and a view to the TV tower of Berlin
- A modern bathroom with shower, WC all required amenities
- A fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge, Microwave and all the amenities you would need

The apartment is ready to move into and has all the amenities you need including furniture, Wi-Fi (1000 Mbs/S), washing machine, dish washer, central heating, electricity, gas and a fully functional kitchen. You simply need to bring your suitcase and a smile.

Location
The apartment is located in the most central areas of Berlin, Alexanderplatz and is connected very well by S-bahn (Long distance trains), U-bahn (Subway), multiple trams and busses. You will be able to reach Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, or many other popular districts of Berlin within 15 minutes with frequent connections.

The apartment is also surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. There are also a couple of super markets within a 5-minute walk from the apartment where you can stock up your daily/weekly supplies. Also, there are 2 fitness studios within a 5-minute walking distance for people who like to keep fit.

There are also plenty of shopping opportunities since the apartment is 5 minutes from Alexanderplatz and 7 minutes from Alexa mall.

Public transport
S bahn and U bahn-hof Alexanderplatz is less than a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. From here you have access to the following transport options:

Subway: U2, U5 and U8
