I am subletting my furnished apartment in the heart of Friedrichshain. As I will be out of the country for a period, I am looking for responsible individuals to make themselves at home in this beautiful space.

Here are some key features of the apartment:

- The apartment comes furnished, offering a cozy and very bright (even when it's rainy outside) living room and one bedroom (toward the backyard).
- It is situated in the vibrant neighborhood of Friedrichshain, with easy access to trendy cafes and diverse restaurants.
- The area is well-connected with U5 (1 Minute to Samariter Strasse) and Ringbahn (Frankfurter Allee)
- New building with an elevator and floor heating.
- Looking for non smokers and friendly people that would also take care of my lovely plants.

Rent details:
- End of November - 1st of January
- Anmeldung is not possible.
- Rent €1350 /month
- Deposit €1300, refundable upon the end of the sublet.
