Die Lage ist top. In unmittelbarer Nähe von Parks, Maybachufer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bus & Ubahn fußläufig erreichbar. Inmitten von schönen Cafés, Restaurants und Weggehmöglichkeiten. Als Frau fühle ich mich nachts sicher, weil die Strasse gut beleuchtet und belebt ist, außerdem kennt man sich im Haus und achtet aufeinander. Nette Nachbar*innen und eine gute Atmosphäre im Haus.

The location is great, with parks, Maybachufer, shopping facilities, and bus and underground stations all within walking distance. Surrounded by charming cafés, restaurants, and walkways, the area is vibrant. As a woman, I feel secure at night due to well-lit and lively streets. The building has a strong sense of community, with residents looking out for one another. Friendly neighbors and a positive atmosphere make it a great place to live.

Idealerweise findet sich für den Gesamtzeitraum eine Einzelperson (Frauen bevorzugt) oder ein Paar, das auf meine Wohnung achtet und pfleglich mit meinen Sachen umgeht (und meine Pflanzen gießt :)). Es ist mir wichtig, dass du dich wohl fühlst. Meine Freund*innen sind in der Nähe, falls etwas sein sollte und haben auch einen Notschlüssel. Eine Haftpflichtversicherung und Vorlage einer Ausweiskopie ist Pflicht. Selbstverständlich machen wir einen Untermietvertrag für den Zeitraum. Der Vermieter bekommt von mir Bescheid.

Mite beträgt warm 1200 Euro pro Monat bei Einzelbelegung. 2 Personen: 1300 Euro. Kaution beträgt 250 Euro. Bei einer Belegung über den gesamten Zeitraum wird die Miete im März günstiger.

Heizung, Warmwasser, Internet sind in der Miete enthalten.

Ideally, I am looking for a single person (preferably a woman) or a couple who can stay for the entire period, enjoys caring for plants, and treats my flat and belongings with care. Your comfort is important to me, so please feel free to contact me if anything needs attention. My friends are nearby in case of emergencies and also hold a spare key.
