I am going for a vacation from 30th Jan until 8th of March and I am subletting my flat during the period of time.
It's a 3 rooms furnished flat, with a fully equipped modern kitchen in a separate room, a small balcony with the view of TV tower, and a desk for your home office. I will only sublet 2 rooms (living room and bedroom) as I will use 1 room to store my stuff while I'm away. The price is already included the utility cost. No party is allowed in the flat.
