The apartment features 3 rooms – 2 bedrooms (1 is an office with day bed), a living room, kitchen and large bathroom with washing and drying machine and a bathtub along with a large rooftop terrace. Cost includes all utilities of the flat. We can also add a cleaning fee if requested.
We are looking to rent for the month of August or September (minimum 1 month).Dates are flexible.

We will have to get approval from our landlord and will have a sublease lease agreement plus a security deposit of $1,200 that will be returned at the end of the rental.
