Appartment rent in Wedding (No anmeldung)

Hi guyz,

We are looking for a short term renters for our appartment in Wedding.
The appartment is available for rent from 2nd of July - 18 of July.
Total price for 16 days is € 700

The appartment is located in Sprengelkiez in wedding. Very close to the Spree which is a perfect hang out spot in the summer. The neighborhood is very welcoming and quiet, but definitely some nice bars and coffee places around.
Close to S bahn stop Westhafen and U bahn stop Amrumer Str.

Our place has a big living room with a projector, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machine and couch that can fold out in a two person bed. There is a separate bedroom with en-suite shower and separate toilet.

Deposit is required (€1000).
We only rent out the appartment for the full rental period. We are leaving Berlin 2nd of July in the morning, so it’s possible to come by earlier for key exchange / baggage drop off. We arrived back in Berlin around 00.00 at night on the 18nd of July
