42qm Wohnung in Moabit 650 Euro

Hallo!
ich werde aus Arbeitsgründe ca. 2 Monaten in München verbringen und dann ins Urlaub fahren. Genauer gesagt wird die Wohnung ab dem 23-24.06 verfügbar (vielleicht sogar früher! Leider ist es noch nicht ganz klar ab wann das Projekt geht los..) bis Anfang / Mitte September. Leider besitze ich gerade noch nicht genauere Informationen über den Daten.
Dafür bin ich auf der Suche nach einer netten Person die meiner Wohnung gerne in diesem Zeitraum übernehmen möchte und gerne meine Pflanzen giessen/pflegen möchte (und am besten jemanden, der nicht raucht).
Die Wohnung liegt in Moabit und kostet 650 Euro monatlich.

I will be spending about 2 months in Munich for work reasons and then go on vacation. More precisely, the apartment will be available from 23-24.06 (maybe even earlier! Unfortunately it is not yet clear when the project will start...) until the beginning / middle of September. Unfortunately I don't have more detailed information about the dates yet.
Therefore I am looking for a nice person who would like to take over my apartment during this period and would like to water/care for my plants (preferably someone who doesn't smoke).
The apartment is in Moabit and costs 650 euros per month.
