Room in Shared Flat Friedrichshain/ Prenzlauer Berg / Dog friendly

Hey zusammen,

wir suchen einen Mitbewohner (m/w/d) für unsere schöne 3-Zimmerwohnung in Berlin Friedrichshain (Nähe Volkspark) ab dem 15.01.2025, zunächst für 3 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung!
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, komplett möbliert, einem Wohnzimmer und einer Küche, sowie tageslichtbad.
Wir (Fabi und Anna, beide Mitte 30) haben uns ein Haus gekauft in Brandenburg und sind auch 80% der Zeit in Brandenburg. Gerne möchten wir aber hin und wieder ein Zimmer in der Wohnung in Brandenburg haben, wenn wir mal ein paar Tage in Berlin sein wollen.
Du würdest somit hauptsächlich alleine wohnen und hin und wieder Besuch von uns haben :-) Du kannst dir auch gerne ein Schlafzimmer aussuchen.

Was uns wichtig ist: Ihr solltet offen und freundlich sein. Ein respektvoller Umgang ist uns sehr wichtig, außerdem dürft ihr über einen guten Humor verfügen. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn man sich gut versteht und vielleicht auch mal was zusammen kocht.
Ihr müsst über regelmäßig Einkommen verfügen, ordentlich sein und eure wilde Partyphase schon hinter euch haben ( ab und an mal ein Event ist natürlich kein Problem).
In der Wohnung selbst soll nicht geraucht werden.
Zudem solltest du Hundefreundlich sein, da wir Hunde haben, die vielleicht auch mal dabei sind.

Hey everyone,

we are looking for a roommate (m/f/d) for our beautiful 3-room apartment in Berlin Friedrichshain (near Volkspark) from 15.01.2025, initially for 3 months with an option to extend!
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, fully furnished, a living room and a kitchen, as well as a daylight bathroom.
We (Fabi and Anna, both in our mid-30s) have bought a house in Brandenburg and are also in Brandenburg 80% of the time. However, we would like to have a room in the apartment in Brandenburg from time to time when we want to be in Berlin for a few days.
You would mainly live alone and have visitors from time to time :-) You are also welcome to choose a bedroom.


What is important to us: You should be open and friendly. Respectful interaction is very important to us, and you should also have a good sense of humor. We would be happy if you get along well and maybe cook something together.
You must have a regular income, be tidy and have your wild party phase behind you (an event now and then is of course no problem).
There should be no smoking in the apartment itself.
You should also be dog-friendly, as we have dogs that may be present from time to time.
