Moin,
wir vermieten unsere liebevoll gestaltete drei Zimmer-Wohnung für ca. 2 Monate von Ende Juli bis Ende September und suchen nun vertrauenswürdige und zuverlässige Menschen zur kurzzeitigen Untervermietung. Wir machen eine länge Elternzeitreise.
Es handelt sich um eine Maisonette Wohnung im 4. u. 5. OG mit ca. 110 m² Wohnfläche und großer grüner Dachterrasse im 5. OG. und einem keinen Balkon im 4. OG.
Die Wohnung hat einen spektakulären Blick zum Fernsehturm am Alex, da das Haus nicht den klassischen Berliner Hinterhof hat, sondern sich zu einer Grünfläche öffnet. Zudem liegt es noch auf dem Berg bevor es in das Berliner Urstromtal runter geht und somit hat man einen freien Blick in die City.

We are renting out our lovingly designed three-room apartment for approx. 2 months from the end of July (23.7.2024) to the end of September and are now looking for trustworthy and reliable people for short-term subletting.
It is a maisonette apartment on the 4th and 5th floor with approx. 110 m² living space and a large green roof terrace.
The apartment has a spectacular view of the TV tower on Alex, as the building does not have the classic Berlin backyard but opens up to a green area. In addition, it is located on the hill before it goes down into the Berlin Urstromtal and therefore you have an unobstructed view of the city.
