Die Wohnung befindet sich in Treptow, in der Nähe vieler schöner Grünflächen wie Planterwald/Spreepark (5 Gehminuten) und Königsheide (10 Gehminuten), die im Sommer super schön zum Verweilen sind!
Die Lage ist auch sehr gut angebunden, da die S-Bahn-Station Baumshulenweg 2 Gehminuten von hier entfernt ist, von wo aus Sie mit dem Zug in alle wichtigen Teile der Stadt fahren können: Warschauer Straße (12 Minuten), U-Bahnhof Kottbusser Tor (25 Minuten), Alexanderplatz (25 Minuten), Hauptbahnhof (30 Minuten), Berliner Flughafen (35 Minuten) usw. Und 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad nach Neukölln.
In der Straße der Wohnung befinden sich zwei große Supermärkte (Lidl und Edeka) sowie viele kleine Cafés, Spätis, Bars und Restaurants usw.
Die Wohnung selbst ist 92 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, ebenfalls mit Schreibtisch, eine Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt außerdem über einen Schreibtisch und eine zuverlässige und schnelle WLAN-Verbindung (200 Mbit/s). Wir haben auch einen nach Westen ausgerichteten Balkon, auf dem Sie die beste Nachmittagssonne bekommen :)

Renting out our bright 92m apartment in Treptow for 3 weeks in August (9.8 - 1.9 (dates are a bit flexible))
Apartment is located in Treptow, close by lots of beautiful green spaces like Planterwald/Spreepark (5min walk) and Königsheide (10min walk) which are super nice to spend time in during the summer!
The location is also very well connected as Baumshulenweg S-bahn station is 2min walk from here where you can catch the train to any major part of the city Warschauer Str (12min), U Kottbusser Tor (25min), Alexanderplatz (25min), Hauptbahnhof (30min), Berlin Airport (35min) etc. And 10 mins bike ride to Neukölln.
On the street of the apartment are two big supermarkets (Lidl and Edeka) among lots of little cafes, späti’s, bars and restaurants etc.
The apartment itself is 92 square meters and features a big living room, a bedroom also with a work desk, a kitchen with all amenities as well as a bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The livingroom also includes a work-desk and a reliable and fast WiFi connection (200 mb/s). We have also a west facing balcony where you get the best afternoon sun :)
