Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem ruhig, ruhig und wer könnte Pflege meiner Pflanzen nehmen, für 3 Monate um in meiner Wohnung bleiben. Nur 1 einzelne Person oder ein Paar würde in Betracht gezogen werden. Partys sind strikt NICHT ERLAUBT.
Die Wohnung befindet sich neben dem Rathaus Neukölln, in der Nähe von einigen der besten Bars, Restaurants und Cafés in Berlin.
Eine Kaution ist ebenfalls erforderlich und wird vollständig zurückerstattet, wenn alles mit der Wohnung in Ordnung ist. Bei Bedarf kann auch ein kurzfristiger Vertrag vorbereitet werden.
Preis: 1350EUR (Anzahlung der Hälfte des Betrages vor der Ankunft, um sicherzustellen, dass das Geschäft nicht in letzter Minute storniert wird)
Kaution: 800EUR (wird zurückerstattet, wenn alles mit der Wohnung in Ordnung ist!)
**ENGLISH**
I am searching for someone calm, quiet and who could take care of my plants to stay in my apartment for 3 months. Only 1 single person or a couple would be considered. Parties are strictly NOT ALLOWED.
The apartment is located next to U Rathaus Neukölln, next to some of Berlin's best bars, restaurants and cafes.
A security deposit is also required and it will be fully returned in case everything is ok with the apartment. A short term contract will be prepared.
Price: 1350EUR (Downpayment of half of the amount before to arrival to make sure deal isn't cancelled last minute)
