subletting green oasis - fully-furnished 2-room-flat

Hi there,

I am subletting my beautiful, green and fully equipped flat from March 23rd until April 23rd, dates are a few days flexible.

The flat is equipped with everything, from a kitchen with all cooking equipment, big fridge, oven etc. It also has a washing machine, fast WiFi and an e-piano.

It has a big balcony, facing the patio, so it is pretty quiet.

It is located 2 minutes from the metro station Karl-Marx-Strasse, a few walking minutes from Rixdorf, aprox. 15 minutes walking from Tempelhofer Feld, with a lot of cafés, bars and a small art-house cinema around the corner.

My neighbours are very quiet, so it is no space for having parties.

I am looking for a quiet, clean, responsible and non-smoking person or a couple who wants to spend a good time in this quiet oasis in the heart of Neukölln - someone who likes plants as much as I do and would like to enjoy and take care of my beautiful plants while living in the flat.
