3 weeks in cozy central Kreuzberg apartment (01.11. to 24.11.)

I am subletting my cozy Kreuzberg apartment for a little over 3 weeks. The spacious balcony looks to beautiful trees in front of the building. There's a school and playground across the street and a café and art gallery next door, giving the place an idyllic feel despite the super central location – U1/U3 Prinzenstraße is just a 9-minute walk away, U8 Moritzplatz is a 14-minute walk. Bergmannkiez and Oranienstraße are nice destinations for a stroll or some shopping and coffee.

The apartment was beautifully renovated in 2018/19 and I've put a lot of love into this place. I'm looking for someone who will take good care of my beloved flat and the plants while I'm away. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home – from a washing machine and well equipped kitchen to books and even a piano!

You won't be able to reigster at my place and this is not a building or a flat for parties. If you are looking for a place for only one or two weeks, that can be discussed as well – my priority is to find someone reliable who is looking for a home away from home.
