The apartment has 2 rooms: big living room with half open kitchen on the ground floor (4th floor) + bedroom with en suite bathroom incl. bathtub and sunny balcony/terrace on the upper floor (5th floor of the house). All windows are facing the inner courtyard, therefore its super calm.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (incl. dishwasher & aarke water carbonator) and there is also a second small guest bathroom on the groundfloor of the apartment.

Located in beautiful Winsviertel, super close to a lot of cool cafés, restaurants, shops and bars.
2 supermarkets are very close - approx. 3min by foot, and you reach the Kollwitz farmer's market which takes place every saturday in only 5min.
There are 3 parks which you can easily walk to from the apartment: the small park directly in front of the house on the other side of the street, the park at the water tower at Kollwitzplatz which is super beautiful, as well as the Volkspark Friedrichshain.
The closest tram stations are:
- Marienburger Straße (Tram M2)
- Hufelandstraße (Tram M4)
Within 6min by tram you reach U/S Alexanderplatz and within 4min by tram you reach S Prenzlauer Allee (Ringbahn) - so you are super well connected to travel around the city.
