Central quiet sunny spacious apartment sublet / Untermiete

Hi, I am subletting my entire flat in Mitte/Kreuzberg on a per day basis. It is possible to host up to 4 persons. No parties, no smoking, no additional guests, no pets - requirements apply. Verification of your profile would help.
The apartment is quiet, bright, sunny and spacious with a large kitchen and two rooms. It is located a 10-minute walk away from either metro station of the three: Ostbahnhof, Kottbusser Tor, Heinrich-Heine Strasse. If required, only mobile internet provided - a simcard.
I could provide some recommendations about the city and the neighbourhood.
The apartment is my home so some corresponding respect in handling would be appreciated.

Hallo, ich untermiete auf dem Pro-Tag Basis meine ganze Wohnung in Mitte/Kreuzberg im Engeldamm. Es ist moeglich bis zu 4 Gaeste zu empfangen. Keine Parties drinnen, kein Rauchen, keine zusaetzlichen Gaeste oder Freunde zu Gast, keine Haustiere - so die kleine Hausregeln. Eine Verifizierung deines Profiles koennte behilflich sein.
DIe Wohnung ist ruhig, hell, sonnig, und raeumig mit einer grossen Kueche und zwei Zimmern. Sie befindet sich 10-Minuten zu Fuss entfernt von jeweils: Ostbahnhof, Kottbusser Tor, Heinrich-Heine Strasse Stationen. Wenn noetig, nur Mobil-Internet ist vorhanden, und zwar durch eine Sim-Karte.
Ich koennte eben einpaar Tipps ueber die Stadt und den Kiez geben.
Meine Wohnung liegt mir am Herzen und soll dementsprechenden Umgang gegeben werden.
