3-Zi Wohnung in Charlottenburg befristet

Wir haben eine süße 3-Zi in Charlottenburg, die wir für drei Monate nicht bewohnen und daher gern untervermieten möchten. Es gibt einen schönen Dielenboden, Stuck an den Wänden, einen Balkon, eine Wohnküche und ein Bad mit Wanne. Grundsätzlich haben wir sie in Schlaf-, Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer aufgeteilt, wobei wir aber auch ein Gästebett haben, sodass vier Personen in der Wohnung schlafen könnten. Wir wünschen uns ruhige und verantwortungsbewusste Menschen, die unsere vier Pflanzen am leben halten können und sich auch zuverlässig melden, sollte es Probleme geben. Die Miete ist so komplett, es kommt nichts dazu. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.

We have a cute 3-room apartment in Charlottenburg that we would like to subrent for 3 months. There is a nice floor, stucco on the ceiling, a balcony, an eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. Basically, we have divided it into a bedroom, living room and study room, but we also have a guest bed so that four people could sleep in the apartment. We are looking for calm and responsible people who can keep our four plants alive and who can also be relied upon to get in touch if there are any problems. The rent is complete, there is nothing extra. Registration/Anmeldung is not possible.
