I'm renting out my 1.5-room apartment starting in Jan 2025 for 2 months. The apartment is ideal for singles or couples – I’ve lived here as a couple myself. It's located right by Mauerpark in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg, with excellent public transport connections (just 1 minute to the U8 and M10).

At 65 sqm, the apartment is spacious, with high ceilings and large glass walls that let in plenty of natural light. There's also a balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with Apple Smart Home technology and high-speed Wi-Fi. If you're working from home, there's a dedicated workspace with a Dell monitor. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, contact grill, and a high-quality espresso machine. The bathroom features a rain shower and modern fittings.

In the living room, you'll find a projector connected to the Smart Home system, perfect for streaming movies.

I currently pay €1,200 (euros) for the apartment, which would also be your monthly rent. The security deposit would be one month’s rent.

**About me**: I’ve lived in Berlin for years and work in the startup-tech industry. Since I’ll be traveling for work, I won’t be in Berlin during this period. This is the third year in a row I’ve rented out my apartment, and I’ve always had good experiences with it.
