I’m currently living in a 95 square meter apartment in the vibrant Prenzlauer Berg area of Berlin, located on Schönhauser Allee.

I am renting out a large private room in this shared apartment. In addition to your room, there will be a spacious shared living room where we can both relax or work. The apartment also has a shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor.

Rent: 1000€ per person per month (all utilities included)
Room: One large private room per person
Facilities: Full kitchen, shared living room, shared bathroom


Requirements for Application:
Last 3 salary statements
Residence permit (if applicable)



Move-In Date: October 1th
