Beautiful flat in Berlin Schöneberg for 3 weeks

Hello guys!

I’m sub-renting my beautiful flat in the amazing Schöneberg quarter. The sleeping room has a king size bed (1,80m) and the living room has a couch that can be changed to a double bed (1,40m). You’d have to pass through the living room to get to the kitchen and bathroom though. The flat has a small but beautiful and comfy balcony facing to the west (afternoon sun in spring). There’s also a small “room” beside the kitchen which I use as my small work place. Its equipped with a 27“ screen you can use. The room doesn’t look too comfy in the photos but I love working there and having my work place separate from the rooms I live my private life in :)
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric water kettle, milk frother, dish washer etc.There’s also a washing machine you can use.

Public transport is just a few minutes away (5min to S Julius-Leber-Brücke, 10min to Südkreuz or S Schöneberg). The Kiez/area itself has a few cute bars, restaurants and cafes and it’s only 10-15 min bike ride to Kreuzberg.

The price is 800 € for the whole period of three weeks. This is not an airbnb, I live here and I love this place, so I’m asking for an additional security deposit of 1.000 €. You’ll get it back straight after making sure it’s all good ❤️

Also, please don’t party. There’s plenty of options in berlin and my neighbors would knock on the door real quick anyways :) other than that the neighbors will not be an issue.
