Wir bieten unsere frisch sanierte Altbauwohnung ab dem 1.10. bis zum 21.12 zur Zwischenmiete an (Daten sind leicht flexibel). Sie ist perfekt für ein Paar, was vielleicht für ein paar Monate eine Zwischenwohnung braucht.
Wir werden bald erst nach Berlin ziehen, daher steht sie bis Weihnachten frei.

Die Wohnung kommt unmöbliert! Eine Küche mir Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine ist vorhanden, einen Kühlschrank werden wir Mitte Oktober liefern lassen.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer (oder ein Schlaf- und ein Arbeitszimmer), wurde frisch saniert und befindet sich in einem absolut einwandfreien Zustand. Sogar der Stuck wurde neu restauriert, die gesamte Wohnung hat Echtholzpakett und ist schön hell. Es gibt neben einem offenen Wohnbereich mit Balkon ein Masterbad, was von beiden Schlafzimmern abgeht. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein Gäste WC. Die Schlafzimmer gehen zum Hinterhof raus.
Wir suchen Untermieter, die wirklich sehr sorgfältig mit der Wohnung umgehen.

We are offering our newly renovated apartment in an old building for interim rent from 1.10. to 21.12 (dates are slightly flexible). It is perfect for a couple who might need a temporary apartment for a few months.
We will be moving to Berlin soon, so it will be available until Christmas.

The apartment comes unfurnished! There is a kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and we will have a fridge delivered in mid-October.

The apartment has two bedrooms (or a bedroom and a study), has been freshly renovated and is in absolutely immaculate condition. Even the stucco has been newly restored, the entire apartment has real wood parquet and is beautifully bright. In addition to an open living area with balcony, there is a master bathroom off both bedrooms. There is also a guest WC. The bedrooms face the backyard.
We are looking for tenants who take really good care of the apartment.
