Ich biete meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (plus Abstellraum), 64 m², auf der historischen Karl-Marx-Allee in Friedrichshain zur ZWISCHENMIETE an. Der Mietzeitraum kann entweder vom 1. November bis zum 31. Januar oder vom 15. November bis zum 15. Februar sein.

Die Wohnung ist nicht wirklich für WGs oder Familien geeignet, da das Wohnzimmer zur Straße hinausgeht. Sie ist am besten für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar geeignet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock mit Aufzug, ist hell, möbliert und in gutem Zustand, gemütlich und zentral gelegen. Die U-Bahn-Linie U5 ist 400 m entfernt, und der Ostbahnhof ist etwa 800 m entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Supermärkte, und der nächste Park ist der Volkspark Friedrichshain.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Küchentisch und Stühlen, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Staubsauger usw. Es gibt auch einen Projektor, aber keinen Fernseher.

WLAN ist natürlich vorhanden. Keine Haustiere, bitte.

Normalerweise wohne ich selbst in der Wohnung, werde aber für drei Monate im Ausland sein. Die Miete beträgt pauschal 1.300 € pro Monat, inklusive aller Kosten (Strom, Gas, Warmwasser, Heizung, Müllentsorgungsgebühren, Internet).

I am offering my 2-room apartment (plus storage room), 64m², on the historic Karl-Marx-Allee in Friedrichshain for SUBLET FOR THREE MONTHS ONLY. The rental period can either be from November 1st to January 31st, or from November 15th to February 15th.

The apartment is not really suitable for shared flats or families, as the living room faces the street. It is best suited for one person or a couple.

The apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator, bright, furnished, and in good condition, cozy and centrally located. The U5 subway station is 400m away, and the Ostbahnhof train station is about 800m away. There are several supermarkets nearby, and the closest park is the Volkspark Friedrichshain.

The apartment is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, kitchen table and chairs, washing machine, fridge, vacuum cleaner, etc. There is also a projector, but no TV.

Wi-Fi is, of course, available. No pets, please.

I normally live in the apartment but will be abroad for three months. The rent is a flat rate of 1,300€ per month, including all costs (electricity, gas, warm water, heating, garbage disposal fees, internet).
