Hello! We're renting out our beloved flat while for almost 2 months. Unfortunately - anmeldung is not possible and neither is a prolonged stay.

Out flat is situated on a border of Schöneberg, in a residential and cute area in the vicinity of Viktoria-Luise Platz. It's a ground floor apartment in an Altbau building in Hinterhaus ground floor. The apartment has 2 rooms, spacious living room, a bedroom that can serve as an office (with a standing desk) and a small bathroom and functional kitchen. The furniture mostly stays as is for the period. The rooms are 3,3, meters high so it gives off a more spacious vibe. There is also a terrace which is not that functional during the winter but looks really nice with christmas lights on. ;-)

There are a few ubahn lines around, the closest, 2 mins walking is Viktoria Luise Platz (U4), not more than 10 minutes you have U Wittenberg Platz (U1, U3, U2) and U Spichernstr. (U9) and 15 mins to Bayerisherplatz (U7). It's quite convenient to travel around the city!
