Ich vermiete meine Neubauwohnung im Herzen Berlins für den Zeitraum vom 07.Februar bis zum 23.Februar.

Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, hat 64 m², und bietet dir mit ihrem großen Balkon und den hellen, großen Fenstern einen wunderschönen Ausblick ins Grüne. Sie ist komplett neu eingerichtet, bestehend aus 2 Zimmern: einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer, Fußbodenheizung, Geschirrspüler, einem offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit Homeoffice-Ecke und höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch, sowie einem abgetrennten Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Die offene amerikanisch Küche ist voll ausgestattet, und du hast alles, was du für deinen Aufenthalt brauchst, inklusive Internet.

Es ist mir wichtig, dass du sorgsam mit der Wohnung umgehst. Partys oder laute Veranstaltungen sind nicht gestattet. Besichtigungen können wir gerne offline oder online machen. Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos zu dir :)

Located on the 5th floor, this 67 m² apartment offers a large balcony, big, bright windows, and underfloor heating for extra comfort. It’s fully furnished, consisting of 2 rooms: a cozy bedroom, an open-plan living and dining area with a home office corner and a height-adjustable desk, and a separate bathroom with a bathtub and shower.The open kitchen is fully equipped, and you’ll have everything you need for your stay, including internet.

It's important to me that you take good care of the apartment. Parties or loud events are not allowed. Viewings can be arranged either offline or online. I look forward to your message with a few details about yourself!
