Our fully equipped, cozy apartment in Moabit, 10555, will be available from November 23, 2024, until January 1, 2025. It’s a charming 72 sq.m. (non-smoking) space on the second floor with lots of natural sunlight 🌞. If you’re looking for a calm, well-located home during this period, let us know!
Rental Details:
• Monthly Rent: 1800 EUR (from 23.11 to 23.12) or 2250 EUR for the entire 5-week period.
• Deposit: 1000 EUR, fully refundable if everything is in good condition at the end of your stay.
• Unfortunately, no registration is available.
Apartment Features:
• Rooms: 3 rooms (a big bed plus a sofa in the office room that can be transformed into a bed, perfect for a single renter, couple, or close friends)
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, stove, and fridge 🍲
• Wi-Fi: Free & fast for all your work-from-home or streaming needs 🌐
• New Furnishings: Almost everything is about 1.5 years old; we’re also adding a new wardrobe in the bedroom and installed a brand-new stove just three months ago.
• Located close to M10 tram, U-Bahn Turmstraße, and several bus lines 🚉.
• Shops just a quick walk away: Euroguida, Rewe, Bio Company, DM, Penny, and more 🛍️.
• The area also has a bi-weekly farmers' market with organic produce, plus a flea market on Saturdays 🥕🛒.
Our Ideal Guest:
We’re looking for reliable and neat people who will take good care of our home. We also have a few plants 🌱, so a little watering would be greatly appreciated!
