Hello, I live between Paris and Berlin. My flat is 103 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, two separate showers, a large kitchen and a large living room. It used to be 02 separate flats. I rent out the guest bedroom + 01 bathroom + WC.
The left-hand side of the flat is for visitor (you) and the right-hand side is private. Only the kitchen is shared.
I'm looking for someone who comes to Berlin periodically (during the week and leaves at the weekend) or who travels back and forth a lot (a bit like me) and who would like to have a secondary room (in Berlin), in addition to their main accommodation. My wish is to have a bit of privacy some days and vice versa.
I myself travel regularly between Paris and Berlin, so the person will also be able to have their privacy. The house is large enough not to feel cramped (103 m2).
