I put a lot of love in this appartment the last ten years and it become the place I imagined of. As i need to be abroad i,m looking for a couple or single (woman prefered) who like to spent some quaility time in my appartment and taking care of my plants.

You have a seperated space of around 60 m2 + a huge bath and kitchen. the kitchen and bath needs to be shared. Perfect for couple or single. You have absolutly private space as the other room is totaly seperated in the appartment.
