Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete

Ihr Lieben,

ich vermiete meine Wohnung für 2 Monate unter. Ich suche jemadnen der Respektvoll mit den Möbeln und der Wohnung umgehen mag. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sollte der Mensch mitbringen.
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche in der man gemütlich sitzen kann.
Ein kleines Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer und in der Küche ist es sehr ruhig.
Ein Bad mit Dusche und WC ist selbstverständlich dabei. Alle Räume haben Fenster. Auch ein Balkon ist vorhanden, den ich aber nicht wirklich aktiv nutze.
Online Besichtigung ist möglich !
Internet ist natürlich dabei !

Der See ist nur 3-5 Minuten Fussweg entfernt.

Tram ist 1 Minute Fussweg entfernt.

I am subletting my apartment for 2 months. I am looking for someone who is respectful with the furniture and the apartment. The person should be clean and tidy.
There is a large living room, a large kitchen where you can sit comfortably.
A small bedroom. The bedroom and the kitchen are very quiet.
A bathroom with shower and WC is of course included. All rooms have windows. There is also a balcony, but I don't really use it actively.
Online viewing is possible !
Internet is of course included !

The lake is only 3-5 minutes walk away.
