We are subletting for 1 month our very cosy & bright sweet home in Prenzlauerberg. It is only 3 minutes walk from Sban Greiswalder station ( Ring bahn , which connects you to any area in Berlin very well) , also the Tram M4 is also 3 minutes walk, which can bring you to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes.

Our sweet home is very bright , it’s south orientated, has a balcony, wide windows in every room and It is on a third floor, so you will see the sun/light all the day long from sunrise to sunset.

The flat is fully furnished and has all the equipment you need. There are two main rooms: the living room and the bedroom. Kitchen and Toilet in separated rooms , and a Balcony which you access from the kitchen.

Our neighbourhood is very calm , many families and older people live around, so it is very quiet. We also have a Community garden which makes the views and area more calm and pretty, where you can also lock your bike more securely.
